First day of summer 🌸

3 fights in & my husband left town but we’re loving it 😆🫶🏻

So grateful for the late morning, warm tea, new neighbors for the girls to play with, and always for Jesus

I couldn’t stop thinking about this while I was editing their gallery…

One day, these two little girls will be grown.
They’ll have babies of their own.

And they’ll pull out these photos…
and say,

“That’s your grandma.”
“That’s your aunt.”
“That was our childhood.”

And suddenly…
this spring session with bunnies is less about how stinkin’ cute it is ...
& more about their family’s story.

🤍 The way they held each other
🤍 The way mom looked at them
🤍 The snuggles, the giggles, the in-between moments

All of it becomes something they get to keep.

We think photos are for us right now…
but really, they’re for us 30 years from now.

For the days when everything has changed…
and these are what bring you back.
