At Petite Guests, we are a caring, family-centered business built on professionalism, integrity, and high standards. We provide elevated children’s care at weddings and luxury events, and we take our responsibility seriously.

As we grow, we are looking for hard-working, ethical, and trustworthy team members who genuinely love working with children and take pride in doing things the right way. We value individuals who are patient, creative, responsible, and excited to engage with children in structured, safe environments. Showing up on time, following company policies, respecting safety protocols, and never cutting corners are non-negotiable. We are building a team that grows together.

For our infant and baby care roles, we require prior professional experience working with young children. A background in teaching, early childhood education, child development, or professional nanny experience is strongly preferred.

For our children’s event program team members, experience working with children in structured settings such as schools, camps, daycare centers, or enrichment programs is preferred.

We are flexible, supportive, and committed to creating a positive team culture. In return, we expect commitment, accountability, and a willingness to grow with us as we expand.
