There is no better time than now!
Spring is the season of rebirth. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is governed by the Wood principle. In the human body, the Wood principle relates to the Sinews (Tendons and Fascia). Exercise brings about innumerable healing benefits to the body. Each time we place our body under strain, we remodel it to meet the challenges we face.
Qigong and martial arts provide an ideal approach for using the body's natural mechanisms to improve strength, stamina, mobility, and mental health.
Tai Chi Chuan stretches the sinews and improves the circulation, teaching us to endure strain with a calm mind and deep breath.
KunTao Silat is a holistic, whole body self protection system that integrates the healing and self defensive methodologies of Indonesia and China.
Bujinkan Budō Ninpō Taijutsu teaches whole body motion and defense through awareness.
Jūkaidō Kempō Bujutsu draws upon the collective wisdom of the Asian martial arts to empower each practitioner physically, mentally, and spiritually, using rigorous discipline to produce a benevolent heart.
