David's Auto Collision

We are looking for a highly motivated Receptionist with excellent people skills to help us maintain a positive and high-energy environment. The Collision receptionist is responsible for maintaning the front office area and assisting the Collision Manager with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
Answer all incoming calls and direct or take messages.
Checking in vehicles and reviewing damages.
Educate custumers about the collision repair process including insurance claims and payment procedures.
Mark damage areas with markers, prepare vehicle tags and take pictures.
Provide repair status updates to customer via call or text.
Receive and pay invoices, assign them to their correct file.

No experience needed!
