For those of you who have worked with me should be familiar with Hydroquinone (HQ). This move is disappointing, but not surprising as it's been banned in other countries for years. GOOD NEWS is I do not use HQ in any of my products, in fact I've got a fabulous alternative that works almost as effectively as HQ without the caustic chemicals of HQ.

CARES ACT Legislation Halting Sales of OTC Hydroquinone is Now in Effect As of September 23, 2020, over the counter formulations of hydroquinone are banned in the U.S., as a result of legislation included in the CARES Act.
