For more than 45 years, the Katy Rice Harvest Festival has been more than just a festival—it has been an investment in the future of our community.

Through the City of Katy's longstanding partnership with the Rotary Club of Katy, the festival helps generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships for Katy ISD students. These scholarships help young men and women pursue higher education, achieve their dreams, and build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

The students pictured here represent just a small portion of the lives that have been impacted over the years. Behind every scholarship is a story of hard work, determination, and opportunity.
