The ideal candidate will be CUSTOMER FOCUSED, patient, empathetic and communicate effectively to customers on the phone and in person. Customers should be able to hear your "smile" through the phone! Problem-solving skills are a must along with taking initiative to learn.

Responsibilities

-Answer and incoming phone calls from customers and service their needs
-Greet walk-in customers and service their needs
-Notify customers of their order status
-Process orders using QuickBooks (desktop version) as assigned
-Print labels as needed for the production department
-Inventory office supplies and submit orders as needed
-Opening and distributing mail

Skills

-2-3 years of customer service experience
-2-3 experience using Microsoft office tools
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Positive attitude, detail oriented and a "can-do" approach
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-High school diploma or equivalent
-QuickBooks experience PREFERRED
