SUNDAY DINNERS ARE FOR LASAGNA!!! Chef Mark knew there would be an uproar if we took our beloved vegetable lasagna off the menu. So on Sunday nights (starting at 4 PM) we will be pumping out new (and some favorite) lasagnas from our kitchen. On top of that, our GM and wine buyer, Terry, has selected some ridiculous wines to pair by the glass, at cost. That’s right. No mark up, just our cost. Limit one glass per guest.

CACIO E PEPE! That’s right, Cacio e Pepe lasagna in all of its cheesy, black pepper goodness. Served alongside stuffed garlic bread.

To finish off rodeo season, we’ve got something special this week. Our lasagna is stuffed with smoked brisket bolognese, tomato gravy, and scamorza served along buttered jalapeño cornbread drizzled with hot honey.

In honor of rodeo season, we’ve got something special this week. Our lasagna is stuffed with smoked brisket bolognese, tomato gravy, and scamorza served along buttered jalapeño cornbread drizzled with hot honey.

This is the last week of the Spinach & Artichoke lasagna. Layers of sautéed spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, Mornay sauce, and tomato sugo. Topped off with spinach pesto and fresh ricotta. Served with a side of cheesy garlic bread, and this week you’ll be able to add on some marinated shrimp scampi.
