Alhamdulillah, we had a wonderful gathering on Sunday May 24 at the park with families, friends, and community members coming together for an afternoon of fellowship, recreation, and reflection.

From sports and activities to smash burgers, hotdogs, and plenty of food shared among one another, the day was a reminder of the blessings found in community.

We were especially grateful to pray together in jama‘ah and benefit from a reminder on the importance of keeping righteous company. The people we surround ourselves with shape our character, strengthen our faith, and influence the direction of our lives. Choosing companions who encourage us toward goodness is among the greatest means of remaining steadfast.

We thank everyone who attended and contributed to making the day meaningful. May Allah ﷻ continue to unite our hearts upon goodness, bless our families and friendships, and grant us companionship that brings us closer to Him.
