Need to probate in Harris County a foreign language, foreign probated Will that needed to be translated and apostilled in order to deal with US based assets? Pam and Kathleen have each handled one such matter this year. Kathleen's client was the "partner" in a Spanish speaking country but there were US based assets that also needed to be dealt with. Pam's client was the daughter of a citizen of Greece where the Greek citizen had a Will that dealt with his Greek-based assets, but nothing for his US-based assets. Adds extra layers to the situation, but we can get it done!
