(1099 Contract position)

Person will learn under owner's tutiledge, work directly with and for, how to service and install garage doors and openers. This position is entry level, experience not expected but appreciated. The position will be paid weekly and will be documented and cut on the spot after cross referencing job logs. No tax, no benefits, paid weekly position. You are responsible for your withholdings. You are responsible for your withholdings and they will be reported to the I.R.S. (Rule of thumb for 1099 contractor positions, take 30% of your check and put it in a savings account to pay taxes owed at the end of the year.) This person will be the first hire of the company and will be rewarded over time. Salary, benefits, company shares, incentives and bonuses all while coming to work in a relaxed un-corperate atmosphere.

I need help, I need a partner, I am to busy for 1 person but stagnant and want to grow. I need to get out of the truck and put the wrenches down so I can sit behind a desk,, pick up a pen and a phone and establish lasting business relationships and endeavors. My business is outgrowing me alone. The person I hire will have an opportunity to become a partner which means have a percentage ownership stake in Affinity Garagr Door Solutions. Not a bonus, not profit sharing, REAL TANGIBLE EQUITY. This ensures you're vested and working as hard as you can to grow our business just as much as I am. It's important for the person I hire to have a good attitude, willingness to learn and sacrifice as I have alone for the last 3 years. I want the candidate to understand I am anti big business and want an easy going and relaxed atmosphere. I was told by a previous employer before I had enough of working for the man "Take care of my customers and business and we'll take care of you." Yea, sure... My motto is "Take care of your associates and they'll take care of your clients in part helping your business grow." I need help, if your interested here are some criteria to meet.

Be groomed, on time, mechanically inclined, able to work in all weather but lightning/heavy rain and wind, don't be a hard drug user i.e. anything other than Ma*****na but not before or during work hours. I'll know and it is unacceptable. No theft or sexual crimes of any kind period. Good driving record is a must as well but can be discussed if there are years between the last incidents. I believe in redeeming individuals.
