Fast-paced Medical Office seeking a Full time Front Desk/Receptionist (Bilingual) for immediate hire.
Location: Cypress, TX 77429)
M-F (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)

Duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, making appointments, verifying insurance, checking in patients, updating patient demographics, and collecting copays, this position requires extreme attention to detail.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the medical field in regard to billing, insurance, and scheduling is required. Familiarity with eClinicalworks is required. We are seeking an individual who takes initiative, is a quick learner, reliable, motivated, and is a team player.

Pay commensurate with skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
eClinicalWorks: 1 year (Required)
Language: Spanish (Required)

Fast-paced Medical Office seeking a full time Medical Assistant for immediate hire. We are seeking an individual who takes initiative, is a quick learner, reliable, motivated and a team player.

Location: Cypress, Texas 77429 & Houston, Texas 77070

Duties include but not limited to:
-Triaging patients, taking vital signs, and documentation in EMR system including reconciling medications
-Administering injections and performing spirometry/pulmonary function tests
-Obtaining medical records as required for patient appointments
-Other administrative duties include answering phone calls, checking voicemails/encounters, and making appointments as needed

Skills/Qualifications:
-Computer literate with eClinicalworks experience is preferred
-1 year of medical assistant experience is required
-Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and be responsive to all inquiries with a positive attitude
-Detail-oriented and able to follow oral and written instructions with ease
-Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians and patients
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bilingual preferred
