✅ Number of contacts via chat or call.
✅ Source of web traffic.

What other metrics should you take into account?

We should always be looking for ways to be more effective and efficient in our work. Some of these skills include:

✅ Perform statistics and measurements. Measure results at least once a month. In addition, you must be able to interpret them, to know how to correct deviations and enhance strengths.

✅ Manage CRM, or customer management programs. Social networks serve to increase our database of contacts, and we must know how to manage it correctly.

✅ SMO, or Social Media Marketing; just as we must know how to position the content of a web page, we must know how SEO works. For example, with the use of Hashtags, interaction with users, etc.

✅ ADS. Network ads work particularly well, because we can segment the audience and target those who are really interested in our product or service, and we must know and manage it properly.
