A family in Eastpointe, Michigan is holding onto hope after 17-year-old Noah Winters suddenly disappeared late at night on May 14. Loved ones say Noah left his home on Saxony Avenue and got into a dark SUV with an unknown person. That was the last confirmed moment anyone saw the teenager known to friends and family as “Wild.”

Soon after Noah vanished, disturbing social media messages started spreading online. Some messages falsely claimed the teenager had passed away and described horrifying rumors about where he may have been left. Police say those claims have not been confirmed, but for Noah’s mother, every message has brought even more fear, confusion, and sleepless nights while she waits for any sign that her son is safe.

His grandmother shared an emotional plea asking people across the community to continue sharing Noah’s information, praying for him, and helping bring him home. Investigators are still trying to figure out who was driving the SUV, who started the rumors online, and what truly happened after Noah left that night. His family believes somebody out there knows the truth, and they are praying that person finally speaks up before it is too late. Detectives with the Eastpointe Police Detective Bureau are asking anyone with information, no matter how small it may seem, to contact them right away as the search for Noah continues.
