Our High School Summer Internship Program was a huge success! This summer, Farva Fawad, Dylan Seeger, and Samuel Acosta spent time alongside both our Civil and Structural Engineering teams, gaining firsthand experience through project site visits, learning our design software, and seeing how our projects come together from concept to construction.

Investing in the next generation of engineers is something we take seriously, and it was a pleasure watching these students learn, grow, and explore the engineering profession. Thank you, Farva, Dylan, and Samuel, for spending your summer with us—we're excited to see what your futures hold!

Excited to kick off our 2026 Summer Internship Program at Dally + Associates!

Please join us in welcoming Isabella Dally (Baylor University), James Farr(Texas A&M University), and Melania Gonzales (Texas A&M University–Kingsville graduate) to the team this summer.

Isabella will be working with our Marketing & Business Development team, while James and Melania will be gaining hands-on experience alongside our civil and structural engineering professionals.

We’re excited to invest in the next generation of talent and look forward to seeing the fresh perspectives, growth, and contributions each of them brings to Dally + Associates this summer. Welcome to the team!
