Honored to be attending the 2026 Texas Tech MDL Judicial Summit this week in Denver, Colorado — one of the most prestigious invitation-only conferences in complex litigation.

This year's agenda is packed with timely issues shaping the future of the legal landscape: the impact of AI on evidence and federal rules, litigation finance and the rise of private equity in the legal sector, mass tort resolution strategies, cybersecurity and data breach exposure, and the very first Federal Rule specifically designed for MDLs (FRCP Rule 16.1).

We will learn alongside leading federal judges, litigators, academics, and General Counsel from across the country. I'm looking forward to the dialogue, the panels, and the collegiality that makes this event unlike any other.
