What fine dining is to me
Fine dining inherently has a stuffy connotation to it, but I think it’s changed over the recent years.
To me, fine dining, is all about the customized experience that someone enjoys when dining, either at a restaurant or private event.
It’s the thought behind every aspect of the event, everything serves a purpose.
From the food, to wine and beverage, all the way down to the weight of the fork.
Every detail is covered, whether that’s a casual cocktail party or an extravagant multi course dinner.
It’s offering true hospitality and making people feel at home wherever they go. It’s anticipating their needs and getting them what they need before they even know they need it.
