Our second Holly house went live today. While it’s hard for me to have a favorite in this newly completed First Ward pair, from the moment it was framed, I was so excited to see a floorplan I had spent so long imagining finally come to life. It’s a feel good place with generously proportioned spaces that you just can’t wait to fill with family, friends and fido – thanks to a huge kitchen, our first new build mudroom, large upstairs den and first floor dog cubby. So excited how the entry façade wood detail, interior colors and master bath turned out – classic with a contemporary twist.
