⭐ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT⭐

Name: Madison Hall
EWS Graduating Class: 2015

Current Job: Data Visualization Reporter for two mutual fund trade publications at the Financial Times

Favorite Emery Memory: Some of the most fun I had was traveling and performing at the ISAS Arts Festivals for musicals, improv, and choir. It was always a rewarding experience being able to perform in front of high schoolers from around the state, including friends from other schools.

What from Emery has helped you in your career/life?
Emery gave me the space to really explore my identity to the fullest — and from the theater to the lacrosse field, I was able to learn the value of trying earnestly and being willing to fail. A lot of credit, in hindsight, can also go to my former teachers and coaches who helped show me I had something to bring to the table.

Being in the improv troupe since its formation also really helped me break out of my shell and taught me to think quickly on my feet. It also ultimately led me to doing improv and sketch comedy in college, connecting me with some of my closest friends today.

How can people support you: .com on Bluesky, or Ignites and BoardIQ if you work for an asset management firm
