Swaniti Initiative was invited to the Forum 2023, hosted by Agami in Bangalore from March 17-18. Our Senior Product Manager and Program Manager Vivek Kumar presented Swaniti’s work on building a digital ecosystem for strengthening public service delivery in the various parts of India, especially the North Eastern region.

The conference facilitated engrossing conversations with several organizations. Key themes were Ensuring Public Feedback Mechanism on Schemes & Entitlements, the Power of Community Agency in Dispute Resolution, The Power of Open Source Platforms to Create Impact at Scale, and Interoperable Networks for Seamless Grievance Redressal, among others.
