Jeff Mills, serving as OATR President, hosted Senator Dave Rader (Oklahoma Senate, District 39), Brook Simmons (President, The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma), Nathan Cahill and David Rohlmeier(Managing Directors, Insight Tax Advisors) and Wyatt Swinford (Attorney, Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson).
