Now, typically I say crusted fish is wayyyy over rated, but NOT when it’s pecan crusted trout! Served with a Cajun shrimp pasta and sautéed carrots. De Lish!!

It’s been a while since we threw down on some brisket and ribs…. no complaints here.
Not to mention the homemade smoked Mac n cheese 🤤

Got the Staub all day pan from Sur La Table and threw together some jambalaya. You know the Geaux Cajun was all over this, and I gotta say. THIS PANNIS AMAZING!!! You need it in your life!
