Summer can be a challenging time for teens, and a great time to build new skills. If your teen (ages 14–17) is struggling with substance use, difficult emotions, or unhealthy coping habits, our new Summer Adolescent Group Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to connect, learn, and grow.
Over six weeks, teens will:
✔ Develop healthy coping skills
✔ Better understand their emotions
✔ Recognize patterns
✔ Build confidence and life skills
✔ Connect with peers facing similar challenges

🕒 Wednesdays at 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
📍 The Council on Recovery, 303 Jackson Hill St, Houston TX 77007
👥 Led by licensed therapists Trevor St. Denis and Carolyn Zoch
💳 Most major insurance plans accepted
Parents will also meet with a family therapist during the program to help support progress at home.
