Sweat and Smile Tribe

First day back from vacation and I wanted to skip today. I told myself I needed to rest. I needed to detox. I needed to do laundry. But really what I needed was to sweat. To feel strong. To turn my brain off for bit. I’m so glad I didn’t talk myself out of it! Thanks for a great workout !
