I had a dream in 2017. To start my own clothing line. To design for women who looked like me. Who lived their lives. I wanted to know them and for them to know me. Eventually I wanted to have my own boutique. That I would go to every day with my best friend and love of my life Fendi Marie. I dreamt of her little bed by my desk, or of her sleeping on the sofa meant for the clients. She was going to be a familiar and calming presence for me and anyone who came in to shop. I started my clothing line in 2019, and Fendi has been there for sewing production, photo shoots, videos, trunk shows. But sadly she will not be there anymore. Fendi Marie died and my world stopped. Please be patient as I try to navigate my dream and my future without her.
