You’ll also walk away with general tips and best practices to sharpen your performance. Matthew Thurman is an ex-consultant for McKinsey and Company and easily the most experienced person we’ll have for this series. He is currently co-director of the Pathfinder Career Ready Toolkit. So, in essence, mentoring students for interview prep is what he does for a living.
