During 2020's Racial Revelation, corporations pledging what amounted to $60 BILLION in financial support and initiatives to combat , support Black communities and businesses, and promote (as tracked by the McKinsey Institute for Black Economic Mobility) populated our timelines. Our phones rang around the clock with leaders looking for solutions.

It was a heightened time for all of us.

But when organizations like Baker Tilly US and people like Jeff Jorge came looking for an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) firm that would partner with them to create a sense of belonging for their teams, it was an honor to say yes.
