Excited to share that as the third "fractional acquisition" offering, I've partnered with AHM to build the largest mass timber building in the world, right here in St. Louis' downtown west, next to the new CityPark Stadium, and in the center of a 12 acre urban redevelopment project.

The building is aptly named, The 314. (St. Louis' area code and the height of this building in feet 😉).

We are currently raising a "Co-GP" level opportunity for accredited investors that allows you to join in to get GP level returns without the PG or labor associated with being a GP.

I'm very passionate about this project. Here's insight as to why:
