Menopause is not mentioned in Ayurveda because its not a disease to prevent nor treat. It’s a passage of life, going from a pitta phase to a vata phase.
☀️
We focus on preparing for the new phase by making sure our imbalances are balanced because if they are not, during this new period all of our imbalances will be amplified.
☀️
This is where we get symptoms such as hot glazed, insomnia, dryness and much more. These are done to our Doshas being off balance.
☀️
We can ease these symptoms by simply making small lifestyles changes to bring us into a balance state.
