You Oughta Know | Ida P. Rolf, Class of 1916 The distinguished alumna’s work in science and wellness continues to inspire practitioners across the country and around the world.

Integrate Houston is currently keeping our practice open with modifications that may adjust as needed following CDC, state and local guidelines.
We want you to know what the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19 infection means in regards to your SI appointment and yoga sessions.

If you or someone you live with have a fever, cold symptoms, or a chest/sinus condition, please text or email and we can reschedule your appointment.
We wash our hands to the elbows after working with each client, and sanitize every surface that we or a client touch between sessions. This includes doorknobs, chairs, sink and toilet handles, phone, pens, EVERYTHING.
When you arrive, please wash your hands in the office bathroom.
For yoga, please bring your own personal mats.

There are only two things that are contagious, LOVE and FEAR. We don't need to be afraid, we need to be careful.
