How do you actually connect young talent to in-demand, family-sustaining careers in the skilled trades? You can’t just tell them about it, you have to show them.
For us, it’s a three-step pipeline:
1️⃣ Exploration: Students explore careers though hands-on simulations like our Pipefitter Career Test Drive®.
2️⃣ Enrollment: That spark of interest leads them into our intensive Career Cohorts.
3️⃣ Employment: Cohort graduates launch into high-growth careers across Houston.
Swipe through to see how we connect the dots between trying a trade and getting the job!
Big things are on the horizon as we prepare to scale this pipeline for Houston-area high school graduates. Stay tuned!
