Introducing Intrusive Thoughts, our new Friday special where the chefs black out creatively and we put it on the menu until we run out, get bored, or dream up the next banger.

First up: The Tower Torta — your choice of taco meat loaded on a pillowy bolillo with refried black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, Cotija, cilantro, and house-made spicy avocado crema.

Pick your fighter: Joplin chicken, Cash beef, Sabbath pork, or Nirvana if you’re keeping it veggie.

Available Fridays at 11am. Come taste the goodness while you can.
