The nights I cried and struggled, turned into something beautiful.
I always say God has a reason for every single thing that happens in your life. I used to wonder “why me?” While everyone else focused on studying, I struggled with fear. When I leaned into God, he gave me the strength and what I learned helped me, my father, my family, friends… then patients who would come back to me saying “doc you saved my life!” I would have the courage to share what I learned with the world if I could. Yes, God did that! And for a reason.
What I learned was…
Nothing special. Nothing critical…
Just that you don’t have to accept chronic disease. You don’t have to accept that you will succumb to illness. You don’t have to accept a fate of chronically being unwell.
You have power. We have power. We can make decisions that can impact our future. A diagnosis is not the beginning of the end.
What sounded so crazy before is now becoming the reality.
The medical field is now in agreement.
You can reverse chronic disease naturally.
And my passion has been brought to life!
Are you ready to take your health back?! Let’s reverse disease together!! This is my goal… please help me achieve it.
Stay tuned…
Tomorrow I am launching my new community dedicated to reversing disease.
And you can join for FREE.

I’m excited… and scared.
Toodles.
Can dandelion root tea help lower blood pressure? 🌿
Yes. Absolutely.
It may offer mild support, mainly because dandelion can act as a gentle diuretic, helping the body release extra water and sodium.
Who may consider it?
Healthy adults with mildly elevated blood pressure who want to add a supportive herbal tea to an overall heart-healthy routine. Not those with critical numbers or experiencing symptoms.
Loose leaf or tea bag?
Both are fine. Choose a product that clearly lists dandelion root and avoid “detox” blends with multiple unknown ingredients. Roasted root has a richer, coffee-like taste.
How fast does it work?
Some people may notice increased urination within a few hours, but dandelion root tea has not been proven to lower blood pressure quickly or consistently. So use it as an adjunct only.
Other helpful options:
Hibiscus tea has stronger evidence for blood-pressure support. Also focus on less sodium, more potassium-rich foods, regular movement, good sleep and taking prescribed medication as directed.
Check with your healthcare professional first if you take diuretics, blood thinners, diabetes medication or blood-pressure medication, or if you have kidney disease, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
⚠️ Medical disclaimer: This content is for education only and is not medical advice. Herbal teas should not replace prescribed treatment. Never stop blood-pressure medication without speaking with your healthcare professional!!
✌🏾 toodles!
Small habits can make a meaningful difference. ❤️ stay tuned for a big announcement :))

Are you wasting your money on electrolytes? Do you really need them? Are you one of these groups that should be adding extra electrolytes to your diet?
Well look at the salt content first… (cough, cough).
One very common question I get is: “what’s the best electrolytes to take?”
And to be honest, my response is… most people don’t need extra electrolytes. There are occasions where I highly recommend it… and you will know by the end of this video.
Don’t let companies convince you that you need their products when your money could be better spent elsewhere!
Next we can talk about more natural ways to get electrolytes.
This is not medical advice. It’s medical information with a twist of humor. We learn and have fun here :) toodles.

These are gems and they may work for you. I’ve got more so just let me know if you want a complete list and I will get it to you. Remember this is medical information, I’m not diagnosing or treating anyone, and these supplements are not curative, nor a treatment… you need to see your doctor and health team for your medical needs. Want to know other supplements that can help with other conditions? Type SUPPLEMENT and I’ll get it for you.
There are so many reasons you are taking supplements… month after month… and cannot see any of the changes you want.
Iron is a good one to pick on, there are people who have been on iron for YEARS without their iron levels changing… still anemic. There is a better way, so watch this video!
And a word about magnesium, please do your research to see what you need. Citrate is perfectly fine, I like it and take it too… but for different reasons when I need it.
Which supplements have you had to switch?
