I filled this one up 1/4 with water and let it sit overnight to get concentrated and then added Unsweetened Pure Cranberry & #ACV with the mother. All of the herbs in this tea concoction are the main herbs to stimulate weight loss the most effectively. You can add ginger and lemon to if you’d like but make sure you’re not using this as an excuse to overeat.

I recommend skipping a week so your body won’t get used to the formula and you can get the full diuretic and anti inflammatory effects. This really works fr even w/o the cranberry juice and #ACV.
