I need to take a second to brag about this woman right here and congratulate her on an amazing 4th place finish. Never have I seen someone go from such a slump to dialing it in to perfect diet and training compliance to get ready for a spontaneous bikini show in 5 months.

killed it and we are so very proud of her. The next show is 4 months out and we have already taken the steps to start growing a little musclle so we can come back even better.
