A six-year-old lawsuit filed by multiple cities over the amount of money that telecom providers have to pay to put their equipment on public rights of way was tossed by the State Supreme Court on the grounds that the plaintiffs did not sue the right defendants.

There are now three colleges and universities in Texas that have a varsity flag football program or will have one by next year. Other states are farther ahead on this.
