Waterstone LSP

Waterstone LSP is pleased to announce the closing of a new SBA Express loan in the amount of $200,000 for a partner bank headquartered in Alvin, TX. Proceeds of the loan will provide working capital and fund the purchase of bulk inventory for a minority-owned men’s formal wear retailer in Houston, TX. This business currently employs 12 individuals, and with the working capital provided by this loan, will generate an additional four new job opportunities. As always, our team is grateful for the opportunity to assist small businesses such as this through our continued service to community lenders.

Happy Anniversary to Waterstone LSP. 10 years ago Anthony and I had a plan and a clear vision on how we wanted to deliver LSP assistance to community banks in SBA 7a lending. We made a small investment and with a lot of hard work, we built something we are not only proud of, but is beyond anything we could have imagined. As of September 30th, we have already achieved our best year. We appreciate every lender, small business applicant and fellow service providers we have had the pleasure to work with for the past 10 years. Special thanks to Luis, Esther, Krystall, Elaina, Jordan, Chris, Cameron and Chloe who work hard and help make this a great place to work.
