The 5th Annual Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the Sunnyside Community Center 3502 Bellfort Ave. Houston, TX 77051from 11AM to 4PM. During the Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest, students receive free backpacks, school supplies, free high blood pressure, glucose checking, vision screening, flu shot, and hearing screenings. Students will also engage in various workshops on bullying, cyber-bullying, financial literacy, etiquette, healthy eating tips and see live performances by some of Houston’s top artist and talent.

El quinto festival anual de salud y bienestar de regreso a la escuela de Teen Nation se llevará a cabo el sábado 13 de agosto de 2022 en el Sunnyside Community Center 3502 Bellfort Ave. Houston, TX 77051 de 11 a. m. a 4 p. m. Durante el festival de salud y bienestar de regreso a la escuela de Teen Nation, los estudiantes reciben mochilas gratis, útiles escolares, presión arterial alta gratis, control de glucosa, examen de la vista, vacuna contra la gripe y exámenes de audición. Los estudiantes también participarán en varios talleres sobre acoso, ciberacoso, educación financiera, etiqueta, consejos de alimentación saludable y verán actuaciones en vivo de algunos de los mejores artistas y talentos de Houston.
