In 2014 we formed AV Affordable Housing and renovated 3 at-risk acquisition/rehab properties in the San Antonio area that we acquired in 2015 in partnership with Think Housing Development of Los Angeles.

We were very excited to be featured in this month’s Affordable Housing News. The article, found on pages 26 and 27, focuses on our experience as a market-rate multifamily investor entering the affordable housing space for the first time.
