✨ What's Happening! Bold Fox Development’s fourth residential community, called La Segarra, has begun its first home sales. La Segarra is named after the region in Spain and is being built on 215 acres west of Katy. It's along Gassner Lane just east of FM 362, north of Brookshire in Waller County.

Planned for an eventual 658 homes, La Segarra is designed with outside-the-box sensibilities as suburbs go, with a theme reflecting the region northwest of Barcelona through earthy color tones, stone blocks and other natural materials.

The developer also plans to make the most of its greenspace, adding four detention ponds that will double as community lakes with trails around the surrounding area. The community will also have several neighborhood parks, a 1.8-acre lakeside recreation area and a 2-acre central plaza. The whole community is slated for delivery in 2027 or 2028.
