Progress at Carson 288 Building D! The SEEBERGER Architecture team provided design services for the newest building in the distribution center developed by Carson Companies. Building D is a 217,143 SF cross-dock industrial facility that features 8,214 SF of 2-story office, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting and fenced truck courts. This building is Phase II of a master planned business park located at Highway 288 and Airport Boulevard. Phase I consisted of two cross-dock buildings totaling 607,039 SF that were successfully leased prior to the completion of the shell building.
