Longest Foster - Zelda

We started fostering Zelda late night on February 14, 2026. She is a 4 year old female Boston Terrier. She is now up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed on July 6, 2026. Zelda had a successful cataract surgery on March 12, 2026 even though her left eye sustained some damage to the nerves behind the eye so it looks cloudy blue. This happens sometimes in dogs that have big eyes like Boston’s. She can see out of both eyes. Dr Nicholas Millichamp is researching for a treatment for her left eye. Zelda’s right knee was diagnosed with Luxating Patella & sometimes after running she will hold it up a few seconds and then she is fine. Zelda eats well, is easy to give a bath, likes to play & walks well on a leash. She doesn’t mind a kennel but wants to sleep on the bed with us so we let her. All the blankets in the house are hers now. She is a couch potato too. She always wants to be with someone, the usual traits of a Boston Terrier. Zelda loves the outdoors & patrols the backyard chasing the squirrels up the trees. Her personality has really come out in the past four months and she makes us laugh a lot.Zelda!
