The team at Draper James envisioned a solution that was recyclable, visually stunning, and made with sustainable materials. Their existing were made with coated paper and a matte lamination; thus, making them difficult to recycle.

CRP introduced a white kraft paper shopping bag (without lamination) with 40% post-consumer waste (PCW) content to replace the former matte laminated bag. The top boards, essential for structural stability, were also made with 100% recycled content.

The bottom board, which provides the foundational support to , incorporates recycled content from post-industrial waste, typically between 10% to 35%.
