Responsibilities
Our HVAC Technicians should have a strong working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, outstanding customer service, preventative maintenance, and repair skills.

Must HVAC Residential HVAC Experience.
EPA Certified
TDLR- is preferred
Valid Drivers License

Will Fix It part of the ARS Network of companies is seeking HVAC Lead Installers in the Hill Country:

(Borne, Pipe Creek, Bandera, Comfort, Fredericksburg, Kerrville)

$3000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Weekly attendance bonus
Great piece pay rate!
TDLR preferred
EPA/Universal

Must have at least 15 months of Residential HVAC Installer experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good communications skills.

Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components, and materials and handle various equipment, control k***s, switches, etc.

Must lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces, or materials.
