China's answer to the USA's FutureGen program (http://www.futuregenalliance.org/about.stm) is named GreenGen. This commercial electricity power plant will sequester up to 95%+ of its CO2 output while consuming coal more efficiently than any other coal based plant in the world. Starting at 250MW, it plans to expand to 400MW+.
