Originally joining KW to lead our business development efforts in San Antonio in 2022, Chris has been at the helm of our marketing department since January of 2023. He has been driving initiatives that have strengthened KW’s brand presence and elevated our visibility across the industry.

KW is proud to announce our partnership with the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) on a special community project benefiting SA Youth! 🌱

Our very own Design Executive, Michael Baez, led the effort to bring SA Youth’s vision to life: a Healing Garden, thoughtfully designed as a sensory-focused outdoor space where students can reflect, recharge, and connect with nature.

The design features surrounding trees to buffer city noise, calming water elements, a meditation lawn, and planned areas for a basketball court and vegetable garden all carefully crafted to support emotional wellness and play.

We’re excited to see the Healing Garden come to life this Saturday, October 4th, as we join industry friends to volunteer in its installation!

Last week, KW was excited to join AIA San Antonio’s annual Clays & Q Cook-Off for the second year in a row! 🏆

Our team had fun getting together outside the office, connecting with friends from other firms, and cooking up some delicious food.

A special shoutout our BBQ masters of the day - Joseph, Edward, Bryan, and Michael for all their hard work throughout the day.
