Next, the amazing Jasmine Seungyeon Yoo!

Jasmine Seungyeon Yoo is originally from Seoul, South Korea. She began dancing with Soo Dance Company at the age of 8 and later moved to the United States to pursue a career in dance. She attended Nutmeg and Walnut Hill performing arts schools and graduated from Boston Conservatory with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Performance. During her pursuit of the BFA, she joined the Pneuma Christian Ballet Company for two years in Korea and had the opportunity to perform and serve internationally. In 2018, Jasmine relocated to Houston to join Ad Deum Dance Company as a main company dancer for four years. Currently, Jasmine is teaching at three different studios in Houston, and it has been a wonderful journey to educate so many students through the gift of dance!

Dance Worship Movement is designed to help you worship through movement and connect with God through dance. I hope this class serves as a stepping stone for using your gift of dance in your daily life to connect with Jesus! In this class, we will begin with a warm-up, learn a variety of dance phrases, create choreography inspired by scripture, and practice improvisation.
