Not only will you get live group training, group nutrition coaching, and a personalized meal plan, but you’ll also have access to yours truly, our team of dietitians, on-demand access to nutrition modules and the right tools to measure your real health…and your real progress. So the support doesn’t stop!

Here are the full inclusions:
⁃ 3 sessions per week of group training
⁃ 5-week custom meal plan with recipes, grocery list and grocery delivery
⁃ Bi-weekly 30-minute live group sessions led by a registered dietitian (recordings available)
⁃ Within app goal tracking, food logging and journaling
⁃ 5-weeks worth of on-demand educational pdfs, videos, and interactive exercises
⁃ One 1:1 session with a Registered dietitian at the end of the program
