FlexForce Pros is Hiring Experienced Reach Truck and Order/Cherry Picker Operators!

FlexForce Pros Houston is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Reach Truck/Cherry Picker Operators to support daily warehouse operations through receiving, inventory control, material handling, and putaway activities. This role is responsible for processing inbound shipments, verifying product accuracy, utilizing RF scanning technology, and safely operating powered industrial equipment including reach trucks, cherry/order pickers, and sit-down forklifts. for a company located in the Katy, TX area.

Quick Details:
- Pay is $17/hr.

- Several shifts available

- Located in the 77494 area

- Long-term, Temp to hire opportunities

- Pay is weekly (Every Friday)

What you'll be doing:
- Operate order/cherry pickers, reach trucks and sit-down forklifts.

- Process inbound deliveries by unloading, breaking down shipments, and organizing materials for storage within the warehouse.

- Verify item accuracy and quantities against packing slips and shipping documentation to ensure proper receipt of materials.

- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, track, and assign materials to designated totes and storage locations.

- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, scanning, and storage procedures.

- Assist with general warehouse tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- MUST have working experience operating a sit-down, reach truck and cherry/order picker forklift (no experience = not eligible for this position)

- Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

- Proficient with RF scanners.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic math skills.

- Must have OWN reliable transportation.

- Must be able to pass BG check and urine drug screen.
