One Westside Phase 1A & 1B will deliver 230 apartment homes as part of the City’s larger revitalization effort focused on expanding quality housing and supporting long-term growth in Chattanooga’s Westside neighborhood. The development includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units designed to support residents and create a stronger sense of community. 🏘️
